MYT Solar 1500W Victron Energy Off Grid System

This MYT Solar system replaces your small factory solar array with 1500W of rail-mounted premium solar panels. This system utilizes the state of the art technology of Victron Smart Lithium NG batteries – the best lithium batteries on the market, and the batteries we have in our Outdoors RV 19MKS off-grid solar system.

MYT Solar can fit 1500w on all Outdoors RV units thanks to our premium rail system. With all Victron components, this advanced system also includes the Cerbo GX and Touch 70 touch panel display. The Cerbo GX allows all Victron devices to be networked with each other to ensure a more reliable power system. This system also provides remote monitoring through Wifi when you’re away from the RV.

We highly recommend 1500W for customers who wish to spend more time off-grid without the need to plug in, or fire up the generator. The whole house Victron Energy Multiplus Inverter provides 120V to all outlets in your RV. With new Outdoors RVs coming from the factory with 12V refrigerators, it is important to have enough solar to compensate for the continual battery draw.

This system pricing starts with 2x 300ah 12V Victron Energy NG Lithium Batteries. We can also add more batteries for more lithium storage depending on your needs and budget.

MYT Solar 2000W Victron Energy 24V Off Grid System

This 2000W MYT Solar system is a nice step up from our 1500W system. One thing Tom will tell you over and over is that despite how cool lithium batteries and the Multiplus inverter are, it’s all about the solar on the roof! We are always having customers come back for more solar.

In any solar configuration you decide, we can always go with a 24V battery system. We use the 24V 200ah NG batteries from Victron which are the exact batteries we have in our 19MKS. It’s important to understand that 200ah of 24V batteries is essentially the equivalent of 400ah of 12V batteries. So in this example a 400ah 24V system is essentially 800ah if you are comparing to say a 100ah battle born 12v battery.

 A 24V system is a more efficient and superior system for a handful of reasons. Check out this video we made about 24V vs 12V systems.

MYT Solar 2500W Victron Energy 24V Off Grid System

If you have the roofspace, we highly encourage you to consider opting for 2500W of solar. We can’t promise 2500W will run your trailer like it’s plugged into a campground pedestal. But it certainly is as close as we can get. This is possible for the 25 and up floor plans. And thanks to our premium rail-mount system you’ll still have a walkable roof.

With 2500W sitting in good sun, you could power your Air Conditioner without drawing the batteries down at all. Which is awesome! 2500W also means that when you do have good sun, you are going to charge the batteries much faster.

This system is designed for full-timers or off-grid dwellers who really want the best available power for their adventures.

With this much solar a 24V battery system really makes sense. We’d suggest pairing 2500W with at least 2x 24V 200ah NG batteries from Victron. But we can easily fit 3 of them as well.

With all Victron components, this advanced system also includes the Cerbo GX and Touch 70 touch panel display. The Cerbo GX allows all Victron devices to be networked with each other to ensure a more reliable power system. This system also provides remote monitoring through Wifi when you’re away from the RV.

We highly recommend 2500W for customers who wish to spend more time off-grid without the need to plug in, or fire up the generator. Depending on sun conditions, with this system you could totally cover your AC usage during the best sun-hours.
