Our RV toilet was leaking water and only 2 years old. We called a number of mobile RV technicians and either they did not get back to us or would not come out to work on leaking toilets. Ely called us back and Tom was out in less than an hour. Tom was knowledgeable and installed a new upgraded toilet that same day. They are both professional, courteous, and just good people. I would recommend them to everyone with an RV!!

Tom & Ely provided inspection services on a new 5th wheel we had ordered. They were very prompt w/communications leading up to the inspection, as well as keeping us in the loop as the inspection progressed.

When the inspection report was ready, we had a phone call covering all the findings. They were very patient w/us, as there were many items to review.

I was extremely pleased w/the depth of the inspection & the quality of the report provided. There were photos of all the issues, as well as their professional opinions on whether it was a safety, cosmetic, mechanical, problem or mis-installed part.

We bought our 5th wheel in Redmond, OR, but could not make the trip up for the PDI. Tom and Ely were wonderful! They did such a great job inspecting our rig, and called us to review a multi-page report. They really explained all of their findings, and made us feel more comfortable about our purchase. My husband and I have never owned a 5th wheel, so we wanted an inspector that could do a thorough PDI.

Elly & Tom we’re a dream to work with! As first time RV owners were impressed with their breadth of knowledge about RV maintenance and repairs. They did a full inspection on our 2013 Thor Majestic and we also had them do a fluid check.

We learned so much our RV, from the electric, gas, generator and waste systems all the way down to the specific type of caulk and repair tape to fix a leak on the roof.

Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable, but they were a joy to spend time with and get to know. It felt like making friends while taking care of business! A++

Bonus, I love that they are a couple making their living sharing their own knowledge and experience as a way to live on the road in their RV. It was nice to support an independent business as opposed to bringing the RV to a large RV or car dealership.

I had Tom and Ely do a full on inspection with a used 2009 motorhome I was contemplating buying. After going over the coach and putting together a 66 page report which they went over with me, I felt confident enough to buy the motorhome. Many small maintenance issues need to be addressed but nothing major. The report will be so handy when I have a rv repair/maintenance specialist go through using it as a punch list and getting every thing addressed. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service.

Ely picked up on my first call attempt and they came out the next day to our home. They were very punctual and professional. The found the problem we reported and discovered a secondary issue which was addressed at that time. Very thorough and once done they made sure no additional issues needed attention and that the repairs they did were fixed and all was working as expected. They used replacement parts that were superior to the originals and should last much longer. 🙏 We will use them again and recommend them without hesitation. Because of Ely and Tom I didn’t have to cancel by camping trip…thanks!!!

Tom and Ely are amazing! We bought a (new to us) small class C and didn’t know where to begin. We made an appt and they met us at our RV storage space. They went over everything! Sussed out some of our issues, fixed a water pump, checked systems…. and all the while so kind and funny and EXTREMELY knowledgeable, They really go above and beyond. They also de-winterized us to get us up and running as soon as possible. We had additional questions a few days later and they kindly answered them all. I would highly recommend them, and hope to do business with them forever!

I must say I have been going through a lot of mobile RV technicians in the last few days and then I ran across, “meet you there repair” for RV. The came out as a few questions and the guy was on top of it. The skill and technical knowledge for what he was doing was better than anything I have ever seen. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time flat. As far as I’m concerned there is only 1 RV Tech you need to let touch your vehicle. 5 stars is not good enough 10 maybe. ***********

I found “Meet You There RV Repair & Inspection” while searching Google Maps for “certified RV inspector” near Albuquerque, New Mexico in February 2021. My wife and I were very excited about buying a used travel trailer we had located in ABQ, but we wanted a reliable estimate of how much repair it would require before we finalized that $18,000 purchase.

I was very impressed with the many 5-star customer reviews these inspectors (Tom & Ely) had received, so I requested a quote. The inspection price was hefty, but I was very impressed with their professionalism, their timely responses to all my inquiries, and how detailed the inspection would be. I decided it would be an investment worth making considering I had $18K at stake.

Tom & Ely spent over 6 hours inspecting the RV in question and delivered an interactive web site and a 59-page PDF report with over 60 photos including 360-degree GoPro images that give a “virtual tour” of key spots inside and outside of the trailer. The detailed report was carefully organized with serious “Life Safety” issues up front, “Major Issues” next, then “Minor Issues” and a miscellaneous “Notice / Comment” section at the end. This made it much easier for my wife and I to prioritize all the issues discovered and decide whether we were willing to invest our money and our time making all those repairs.

In our case, we decided this RV was clearly not worth the risk! The number and type of major + minor issues indicated this RV had not received the most basic proper maintenance over the past 3 years and it suggested more hidden water damage beyond what is currently visible in any inspection.

Now I might have discovered some of the 21 issues on this particular RV on my own, running an amateur inspection with some checklist downloaded from the web somewhere. But I am 100% certain I would *never* have discovered the number and detail of the issues that Tom & Ely uncovered and carefully documented for us. And I would probably have had a tough time sorting the truly important issues from the minor issues. Bottom line: There is no substitute for true expertise and “Meet You There RV Repair & Inspection” did a superb job protecting us from a very expensive mistake!

Polite, professional and efficient. I had a broken RV furnace on my 2000 Eurovan. They met me at my home, diagnosed the problem quickly and got the furnace up and running in no time. Not having to drop off and pick up my van at a repair shop made everything so much easier for me. These folks are fabulous and you should check them out for any RV repairs you need!

Ran into Meet You There RV Repair at Stagecoach RV Park while they were on another call. Briefly described to them the leak I was having. They came by after their initial service was done and quickly diagnosed the issue and walked me through how to install the new part.

After working all night and coming home to a broken heater early in the morning, on a Sunday, they were able to fix the issue within a few hours that day. If I ever have any issues in the future, they will be the first I call!

I called early and Tom answered the phone and set up an appointment for 1:00 the same day. He and Ely arrived on time with their well equipped van. Tom analyzed the problem with the heater right off. All the panels he removed were correctly replaced. I had an electrical business for 35 years, I appreciate their prompt arrival and quality repair. We will definitely use them again. I was having an issue with my furnace where it wasn’t exactly working, but also wasn’t exactly not working either. I’d already had another mobile repair service look at it and throw in the towel. Tom took the time to find the problem, which was actually not with my furnace but my propane tank. While he was there he fixed a couple other things that had been troubling me as well, and when my toilet needed a part they’d have to order, Ely offered to waive the trip charge to come back and install it.

Their hourly rate isn’t exactly “cheap” (because no one with specialized knowledge needs to work for cheap), but it’s significantly lower than other mobile techs, and they’re really cognizant of the time they’re spending, even stopping the clock while waiting a few minutes for results of a test on the furnace.

You can be as thrilled as I am that you’ve found the people to call when your vacation home on wheels goes awry.

Dealing with Tom and Ely was a first class experience. They diagnosed and fixed my furnace issue pronto and I have heat again.
